We went there as a group of 12 adults and 2 kids. The place exceeded our expectation. The location was perfect for a vacation. Its near the center of Baguio,but you would still feel the ambience and vibe of a very chill and cozy home. Really perfect for a bondiing time with the entire family. Would definitely recommend this place for big group, truly value for money. Big plus was also our Kuya caretaker who is very attentive and welcoming. Thank you Agreeable Family for a wonderful experience. 😊

Kuya, the caretaker is very accommodating in many ways. He responds immediately to our concerns and always greets us with a happy smile. Good service staff like him should be in the hospitality service. The location is very accessible. They have dedicated parking too. An outdoor area where kids can play, very secured and safe. It also provides a grilling station! Perfect for family moments!

Nice and very comfortable and clean easy to get what u need because the property is close to the store and bake shop. Very safe place to stay you can just leave your car outside because the gate is very high to protect your vehicle. Kuya Rene is the best person to help what you need.

The space is big, the kitchen is equipped with enough utensils. The parking space is pretty big, they have a nice garden.
